SIBR Contract Support Program:

The Southwestern Illinois Board of REALTORS® (SIBR) has launched an expanded contract support program for members. This program allows SIBR members to submit basic contract-related questions about the local contracts provided by the Association. Please note that this service is only intended to provide knowledge about the use of contracts and not legal advice. The service is exclusively available to members of SIBR.

How the program works:

•SIBR members can fill out a digital form linked below to submit their questions. Once submitted, the SIBR office will be notified, and the query will be forwarded to Joel Green, SIBR Legal Counsel, who will respond to it.

•Before submitting a question, we recommend that SIBR members discuss it with their managing broker. Either the managing broker or the member can then submit the request.

•SIBR will keep track of the questions that come in to see if there are similarities and if any adjustments need to be made to our contracts.
