SIBR Membership Renewal for 2026

Annual Memberships - Expect Renewal Invoices by November 1st

Check your inbox for invoice emails with direct links to pay dues. You can also pay dues by logging in to your Member Hub.

**You will be able to print your billing invoice from the email you receive if you would like to send a check.

One Membership Three Levels of Benefits

When you join SIBR, you also become a member of Illinois REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR)—a powerful Three-Way Agreement that connects you to resources, advocacy, and support at every level.

Designated Brokers (DBs) must ensure all agents in their office are members. Agents can only join if their license is with a REALTOR® office.

How to Pay Online

Pay Dues from the Invoice Email

Dues invoices are sent by email in September.

This email will include a direct link to pay your membership dues immediately. No log in or other verification necessary. Invoice emails will be resent to unpaid members as necessary.

**The email will also include a PDF attachment of your dues invoice, which you can print and mail with a check to:

Pay Dues in the Member Portal

If you lose or delete your invoice email, you can always pay online through the Member Portal.

Log in to your Membership Hub. (If you need to create an account, click the "Create One" button on the login page.)
At the top of the page, your current balance will be displayed. Click the "Make a Payment" button.
Your current invoice will be listed. Click the "Make a Payment" button on the right to enter your credit card information.
To download and print the invoice, click on the dropdown menu on the right column.

Quarterly Memberships - Invoices by the 1st of each of these months: March, June, September, December

Renewing members have the option to pay membership dues in quarterly payments. Each dues payment corresponds to one tier of membership.

How to sign up for Quarterly Billing:

You must sign up for Quarterly Billing by February 15, or pay your dues in full.

Payment Example for Full Year:

1st Payment: $200 due by March 31st. (SIBR Member Dues)

2nd Payment: $200 due by June 30th. (SIBR Member Dues)

3rd Payment: $304 due by September 30th (Illinois REALTORS®Dues)

4th Payment: $201 due by December 31st (NAR Dues)

At the Southwestern Illinois Board of REALTORS® (SIBR), we strive to make the billing process as seamless as possible for our members. Annual membership dues and other charges are invoiced according to our billing schedule, with clear due dates to ensure uninterrupted membership benefits. Payments can be made securely online, by check, or in person at our office. How many times do I get billed?

SIBR members' billing cycles will be set for either annual or quarterly. All annual invoices are sent in November due by December 31st. Quarterly invoices are sent in March, June, September, and December. Each quarterly invoice is due by the end of the corresponding month. What happens when I don’t pay my bill by the due date?

For all quarterly billing a $30 late fee will be applied the day after the invoice is due. If you do not pay the invoice by the end of the second month, an additional $30 late fee will be applied, and your services will be suspended (including Supra).

Example: Invoice is due on 3/31/2026, late fee of $30 will be added on 4/1/2026 if unpaid. The invoice is still outstanding on 4/30/2026, a second $30 late fee will be added, and your membership will be suspended.

For all annual billing, a $30 late fee will be applied the day after the invoice is due. If you do not pay the invoice by the end of the second month, an additional $30 late fee will be applied, and your services will be suspended (including Supra). If you have not paid by January 31, 2026, your Membership will be terminated. After being terminated, for a member to re-join the Association, the previous bills and fees must be paid in full as well as a $250 re-application fee.

What is the breakdown of the REALTOR® Member Annual Dues bill?

REALTOR® Members who are Primary members with SIBR pay:

$400.00 Local Association Dues (SIBR)
$212.00 State Association Dues (IL REALTORS)
$85.00 State RVOICE (IL REALTORS)
$156.00 National Association Dues (NAR)
$45.00 NAR Awareness

Which of these are recommended but not required?

A: None of the above charges are recommended, they are mandatory. The only recommended fees would be:

$5.00 IRRF (ILLINOIS REALTOR® RELIEF FUND)
$15.00 or $60.00 RPAC (REALTOR ® Political Action Committee)

Can I pay my Maris bill through SIBR?

I am transferring from another association. Do I need to pay the entire dues amount?

No. When transferring from another association within Illinois state, if your dues are current, you will only pay the local portion to SIBR. Your state and national dues will have already been paid through your former association. When transferring from another association outside of Illinois state and your dues are current, you will pay only the local dues, with state dues being optional. National dues will have been paid through your former association.
