Association Bylaws
Functions of the Bylaws
The Bylaws of the Southwestern Illinois Board of REALTORS® establish the governing framework of the Association. They outline the structure, authority, and responsibilities of the Board of Directors and leadership, including officer roles, terms of service, meeting requirements, and voting procedures.
The Bylaws serve as the primary governing document that guides how the Association operates and conducts business on behalf of its members.
Policies and Procedures
In addition to the Bylaws, the Association maintains Policies and Procedures that provide further operational guidance for programs, committees, and member services.
