The Southwestern Illinois Board of REALTORS® Strategic Plan serves as the roadmap that guides our priorities, initiatives, and decision-making. Developed with input from volunteer leaders, members, and staff, the plan focuses on strengthening the value of membership, advancing homeownership, supporting the success of REALTORS®, and positioning SIBR as a trusted leader throughout Southwestern Illinois.
Our Strategic Plan is an active, evolving document. Throughout the year, our Board of Directors, committees, and staff work together to advance these goals, evaluate progress, and respond to the changing needs of our members and communities.
To demonstrate our commitment to transparency and accountability, SIBR has published the Full Strategic Plan Accomplishments Report, which highlights the results achieved through our 2023–2025 Strategic Framework. The report showcases how SIBR delivered on its commitments, the progress made under each strategic pillar, and the impact these initiatives have had on our members and the communities we serve.
